Thomas and Gregor got their first game in, with a whirling four-way battle. It was a lot of fun. Four Gutter Runners won the day for Jeff as they held the only uncontested objective. Despite an early set back, Thomas's lord proved niegh inpregnable with his 2+ armor and 4+ ward. And as always the rat swarm was undone by pegasus knights. Grrr.
For me the MVP has to be the Gutter Runners that wiped out an Ogre Cannon, Scrap launcher, and held an objective at the end, with an honorable mention to my Warlock Engineer that managed to drop a Stonehorn and a few Ogres into the abyss. (I bet rats are gnawing their bones as we speak.)
Actually, the real MVP has to be Serban, for allowing himself to be set up between two armies and for giving Gregor both Giants. Gregor really enjoyed the giants (who wouldn't).
