The only thing I know about tough mudder is it's like 10 miles. Maybe he was exhausted, out of shape and perhaps drunk??

Yeah heard about this, I want to get the full story. So many things about this story seems strange. There are people that monitor obstacles, and a race like tough mudder is supposed to be a team style obstacle course. Some how this guys friends didn't try and get him, the diver waited minutes to retrieve a guy that was submerged for over 1 min. just sounds weird.
