In case you missed it, the final two chefs on Bravo's Top Chef were the brothers Voltaggio from Fredrick, Maryland. Maybe we need to make a day of fighting, beer tasting, and visiting thier resturants (or at least Volt, which is rated the best resturant in ... err .... Baltimore).

Hmmm, Not as expensive as I would have thought.
For $57 dollars you cal have a 4-course meal. For $121 you can sit at the chefs table and have a tasting menu.
