Agree, the look is a bit bland - I'm not sure if that is the final version. I'll be interested to see more though. It is area control with some take that mechanics. I like the idea that the game is over when a player's last test subject is gone, so you are not sitting out for long periods of time -- I dislike that the game doesn't end until one player is eliminated, so a player could have one Test Subject left, and essentially be done. Unless, you can incinerate your self...
