Presidential Charity

Dan raised an interesting point on another thread: How important is it to you that a canidate for president donates to charity? And should they donate, how much would you expect them to donate?

So for fun (I don't want this to turn into a flame war) take the poll. I think the resuls will be interesting.

Of note: most major religions ask that their paritioners Tithe to the church (if they can). The Tithe is usually 10% of thier income, though I think there are some places in India where the Tithe is nearly 50%. On the same page as the link that Dan posted was a story about 23 people being crushed as a rich family handed out thier Tithe to the poor.

i dont think they Should Have To give ANY its thier money it belongs to them............ but if they give none or little i dont wana hear a f***in thing about the goddam poor or free health care. if they giv all and keep 50k (a modest living and youcan still feed your family) then sure ill buy all your crap about poor people and free whatever with tax money cause you are "walking the walk"

Actually, did I make this poll bias by putting that comment on 0%. Maybe we should ammend the question. Say what if it was a requirement, how much would you make it?
