I'm doing just fine. On Monday and Tuesday I was mostly asleep thanks to the hydrocodone they gave me. I think I was only awake for about 5 hours each day. On Wednesday and Thursday I went off the codone, so I started to actually feel the pain a little bit. Today, however, it feels like little more than a growing pain. I'm still on 800mg of IBprofen (or however the hell it's spelled) and muscle relaxants, and turning from side to side is still a bit stiff, but all and all I expected a lot worse.

Okay, now that I stopped laughing my ass off, and that was a good ten minutes, I have never seen someone yell right before they get knocked out. It did not look like he hit you that hard even. It was like a magic button. Glad you are okay.

On a side note, watch the video and you will see Rachael lean into her shots and jump up at an angle with her body straight. It reminds me of a rocket evertime with her helmet. It is kind of comical.

Looking at it again now that I'm not dazed, it does seem like it wasn't that bad of a hit. It was either a fluke or a problem with the helmet. Time to double check the padding. I wonder if one of the loose rivets from my old (now broken) horse hair piece might have been part of what did it. I'm trying to see exactly where the shot landed, but I can't really make it out.

I hate my luck. I just slipped and hit the back of my head and neck EXACTLY where it's been bugging me. For those of you keeping score, that's Bill's Hammer 1, Kitchen Table 1, Fritz 0.
