what is with your family and purple seriously and don't say ravens cause if you do then you have to paint ravens on your standards and sheilds other wise no one will buy it they will just think your a little fruity.....(no sarcasim just kind friendly advice)

Its a history lesson loki.... Purple meant royality( OR only important people wore it) because its very expensive to make purple back in the day... but anyways i was thinking of making each sqaud a football team color team. I.E. Ravens Black and purple(Lord/Heros) miners (Oakland Color Grey/Black) Warriors(Detriot Color Light Blue/Grey) Thunders(Denver Dark Blue/Orange)

Umm, you guys realize your talking about Dwarves right? They only come in the color chainmail.
I just lost to Dan, I hate dice games. I also am hating on rock lobbers at the moment. I the afterwards "testing" both Dan and I returned to rolling average, but during the game it was soooooo ugly. Did I mention I hate dice games.

jeff out tactician-ed me, but a stray rock lobber shot landed on his general! and then i preceded to get 6 wounds of 8 attacks from my boys wile my boss did 3 for 3 to rout his stormvermin! tide officially turned 8)

Ha, and Kevin thinks that army was built special for him!
Jason: Per our conversation, see page 66. The rules for Always Strike Last remove the Always Strike First Rule. So Great Swords for you for your strike at initative with no rerolls per the example.

FAQs
Q. The Speed of Asuryan special rule states that “all High Elves
have the special rule Always Strike First, regardless of the weapon
they are wielding.” How does this interact with a great weapons
Always Strike Last? (p43)
A. The army book will take precedence in this situation. For
example, a Sword Master would strike first with his great
weapon. If his Initiative value is equal to or higher than his
opponent’s, he will also benefit from a re-roll to hit.
First FAQ question in the High Elf Errata.
