Hello Markland Household Contacts!
It is my honor and pleasure to personally invite you and your household to the 3rd annual War of the Seven-Headed Dragon hosted by Clan Clonakility once again this year. We will be keeping up our traditions by holding our event at Baronage Farm in Delaware (near Blackbird) and having crazy fun in June. This year we will continue our baked potato and more bar feast for the lovely low cost of $5 (recession friendly) and keep our admission prices down with a mere $5 fee for day trip OR camping. Food and fighting is never a bad combination so add June 19-21 to your calendar to attend this amazing war. We will fight using the awesome Baronage Farm castle on Saturday and be featuring a Beer Pong Tournament (Markland Style) as well as a "Pool of Liquor and Sin." We will also have a competition of bardic form with a topic to be announced within one week of the competition on the Markland forums (we will email you directly the topic if you reply asking us to do so). So bring your bawdy self to the most Marklandic event of the the June season. See you there!

DIRECTIONS TO BARONAGE FARM (All mileage is approximate.) FROM THE NORTH: Make your best way to Route 13 South in Delaware. Just south of Odessa, look for Willey’s Farm Market on the left. Approx. 1.5 miles after the farm market there will be a sign for “Road 471 Blackbird”. Take this right turn on to Blackbird Forest Road. (There is a blinking light at this intersection.) **Follow the road through the forest. Once through the forest there will be a stop sign at the intersection of Route 15. Continue through the intersection and take the first road on the right – Oak Hill School Road. Continue approx. 1 mile to a 4-way intersection with Black Stallion Road. Our farm is on the left at this intersection. Make the left on to Black Stallion Road and turn immediately into our drive.
FROM THE SOUTH: Make your best way to Route 13 North. (From SR 1 exit at # 114 into Smyrna.) Follow Route 13 north through Smyrna. Pass the Smyrna Rest Stop and the truck Weigh Station. Approx. ½ mile north of the Weigh Station turn left at the blinking light that marks the intersection with Blackbird Forest Road and continue from ** above.
FROM THE SOUTH (ALTERNATE): Make your best way to Route 301 North. Approx. ½ mile past mile marker 115 turn right at the intersection of Galena Rd. / Route 313 South (there is a blinking light here). Continue on this road for several miles, through the stop sign at the intersection of Route 330. When you come to a fork in the road, bear to the left towards Clayton. Immediately after the fork there will be a stop sign. Black Stallion Rd. is the third road on the left after the stop sign (about 2 miles). Turn left onto Black Stallion Rd. and go about 1 mile to the first stop sign. Make the right into our drive immediately before the stop sign.
FROM THE WEST: Make your best way to Route 40 East (Interstate 95 East to SR 40 East). In Delaware take Route 40 East to SR 896 South (this is also marked as Route 301 and SR 71 South) towards Middletown. When Route 896 turns off to the left, continue to follow Route 71 South into Middletown and also continue through Townsend. After passing through Townsend, Route 71 will merge with SR 13 South (after the Valero gas station). Look for the sign for “Road 471 Blackbird”. Take this right turn on to Blackbird Forest Road.
