Being a free market guy, I hate when people malign it with the the concept that "its free market or socialism." I'm all for a competetive market, and wish conservatives would change their venacular to include this idea. Free Market is now a talking point and no longer equates to its definition. Anti-Trust laws are government intervention, but they are the good kind of government intervention. No matter how much you dislike government intervention, I imagine you dislike the idea of one bank even more. Besides businesses are far more nimble than the government, see the break up of Ma Bell, and the resurgance of AT&T.

Moreover, I say we shake up patent law a little bit and then you'll see some true free market.
