This is true, but to be a leader is to know how to be all three. A leader cannot outhurt those that are hurting, he/she cannot outthink those that refuse to think, and he/she cannot outwork those that choose not to work. You cannot explain the law to those that believe they are above it, and you cannot convince those that believe blindly.
