hey guys we have chance to do another demo. this is the e-mail i got from my sister in law. i think its a great opportunity. ill doit by myself if i gotta but id love for you all to join me. any ideas on demo stile or same template as last time?

Patrick has recently become a Tiger cub scout and I got suckered into becoming the Tiger cub den leader. Anyway, next month's theme is Cubs in Shining Armor. I know next month is going to be really crazy with the arrival of your little one, but we would love it if you join us for a den meeting and do a small show and tell for 4-5 six year olds. Our den meetings will be on 11/14 and 11/21 at 7pm at Pine Grove Elementary School. We might even be able to arrange another date and time to suit you. Any ideas? I know the boys would love to see any armor or weaponry you/ your posse might have. Your buds are welcome if they can make it as well.

Hey Dan if you need me i can dust off the old armour ... an maybe have a suit of jousting armour available with one of the jousters

that would bee cool, fair should be over. so i think it would be nice

ok here is the skinny so far......
the demo will be at my brothers house on nov 18 at 12noon. there will be meet and greet time with the kids and each of uss will have 3-4 kids to act as our squres. this is where we spend time teaching and stuff. then we divide off and do some fighting. the "squires" will be spending time the week before making banners and stuff to cheer for their "knight" so we need to get together to figure out who is going and what colors are going to be worn and what not. after the show the parents are putting together a pot luck lunch for us and the kids. thats all i got so far.. questions? comments? ideas? volunteers?

Do we want to script this a bit? Should we be thinking knightly stuff only, or are we going to stick with the gladiator idea? If we do knights, should we be the champions of the realm, the realm being all of Europe, so the Champion of Ireland colors would be green, orange, and white, while the champion of France would be blue, white, and red. The cubs could also bring any swag they have from those countries. Or would you rather do simple, single colors? Cub dens usally have a some sort of blazon, I belonged to Raven and Cobra, later on I was a den chief for Badgers. Could we work that in?

bill, of course i want you to come............. dumass! i think simple is best as far as colors go. they would like us to stick with a knight theme as that is the theme for the month for them. i was actualy thinking of breaking it down to 2 countries with knights from either country fightin and score bieng kept with little shields being knocked down for points letting the kids keep score and doing a melee at the end. but we should get together and discuss it further. whoever wants in that is. and bill your friend jouster can marshall and stuff. he would prabably be the coolest looking one out of us.

haha well i will get together what i can an i can grab some videos of josuting if u like give me a buzzan we can work out what u would like ..

i need a list of who's in and who's out. we're going to talk about it tommorow at cp practice, youb dont have to be there just let me know in or out so i can plan accordingly. thank you.
