"combattitude"

The health club I am a member of is starting a fittness class called "combattitude" Combat without contact. Teaching fighting techniques and getting a cardio workout. classes run tuesdays and thursdays from 7-8pm and are 7 weeks long. I am going to sign up. I was wondering if anybody else would like to join. we might learn something new, lose some weight, and get ready for the real fighting.
