Hi everyone! Morgan from Preachain here. I administer the <a href="http://groups.myspace.com/BogTrooperCelts">BogTroopers' Myspace site</a>, and I'm a buddy of Kaliban's. He suggested that I drop you guys a line...

I wanted to let you all know about the Bog Troopers' fighters practice and craft/armour making get together that we will be doing on a monthly basis. Very informal, who ever wants to show up is welcome! We potluck food and do the general "stitch and bitch" thing. We'll have fighter practice if weather and the location allow. We encourage people to bring armour making tools and supplies as well as any other crafty projects--obviously, both fighters and non-fighters are welcome.

The date and location is going to be different each month. I've got an evite going where people can vote for the date and place they like best. We're also looking for people to volunteer to host. Concussar hosted last week, Preachain will host next month, then I think Anglesea will take a turn. Things are still fluid at this point.

Hello Morgan, I think we met up on the hill...
Keep us in the loop, we are always up for hitting new people, and drinking. Stiching and bictching not so much as it gets in the way of the other two.

What if we put the emphasis on more stitching and less bitching?!! More crafts and less brats? More stick jocking & less smack talking?!!!

The next Bog Trooper Fighter Practice and Armour/Crafty Workshop will be at Llyr's house on February 18, 2007. More specifics will be coming, including directions.

We will be doing these on a monthly basis, and are always looking for more people willing to host. Many thanks to Adon, Kaliban, and Aes and Phalen who have offered to be possible future hosts.
