When to contact support

When to contact:

System appears to be down for exceptionly long period
(if its storming outside please don't, i'm probally aware and don't have power)

you get a 404 error

you get a website can't be found error

When not to contact:
You get an ODBC error (I can't do anything about these, thats my redirecto service...i have no control over them)

Its storming out (i have probally lost power, if you have power go watch tv instead)

if i posted an annoucement about maitenence (i will probally have it up at the time i say i will, if i don't there is something seriously wrong and it might take longer)

have people been bothering you. Tell'em if they want to host the site....too bad you are already doing it....

Hey we need to get together and do something. Seeing that I will not be going to Pennsic you up for doing something on one of those weekends?

yeah i'm defiently up for hanging. Once i get through otakon life will be a little calmer. It starts weekend of August 4th.
