Highland River Melees is almost upon us. As Pennsic looms near team melees will be the emphasis of the event. The event will be built around fighting teams of 10 to 15 fighters. The only restriction on these fighting teams is that each team should be composed of members who normally fight together at Pennsic. If you do not have a team you are encouraged to help flesh out teams that have less than 15. Teams will fight for time in fort, bridge, bear pit and skirmish scenarios. Both archery and siege combat will take place during the scenarios.
Fighting will begin promptly at 12 noon with authorizations starting at 10 AM.

If my leg is better, I will be up for this event. I am really hoping it will be, this is one of the better events. I have missed it the last couple years because of work
