Hey can someone explain to me how money works in BB?

I have a Fan Factor of 10, 364000 fans, and I am beating teams 3-0, but only making 20,000gp.
Please explain/help. I think after next season I have to negotiate with my players.

Also anyone negotiate yet? That hasn't worked either.

I looks like it has a lot to do with your team rating. If you horribly outclass another team you don't tend to get much money. It's a way to balance out the lower and higher teams so that the low teams don't fall hopelessly behind.

Fritz is going to create the second league so we can all play together. I will keep the other league going so do not drop out, but get another fresh team ready to join Fritz's league

League is up, but I wasn't quite sure what some of the settings were. I wasn't sure if the maximum team rating was starting or for the duration of the league. I figured it was starting value, but I set it to 2000 just to be certain. To be clear, please only apply with a fresh 1000 rating team.
