Baltimore Racing

I don't know if you are aware, but the indy race held last year ended in a lot of unpaid bills. The promoting/running groups still owes Baltimore business roughly 12 Million dollars. Unfortunatly, they disappeared in the night. So what does Baltimore do about it. . .

The start looking for a new race promoter. Ummm, how receptive do you think these businesses are going to be this time? And how many bleacher and fence companies can there be, and will any of them be willing to take the risk? Do you think this is a good idea?
